What areas do you cover?
Rinse & Shine Surrey is based in Cobham, KT11 and generally covers approximately a 15-mile radius, including Esher, Weybridge, Walton-on-Thames, Leatherhead, Oxshott, Bookham, Byfleet, Woking, Epsom and many surrounding areas.

Are you insured?
Yes. Rinse & Shine Surrey is fully insured for up to £10 million, including accidental damage to customers' property.
The business also operates as a registered limited company.
Who will actually carry out the work?

Rinse & Shine Surrey is an owner-operated business, so the person you speak to about your job is also the person who turns up and carries out the work.
How long have you been window cleaning?
My experience in window cleaning dates back to 1998, when I started using the traditional ladder, bucket and squeegee method.
Rinse & Shine Surrey itself is a newer full-time business, bringing that experience together with modern window and exterior cleaning equipment and techniques.
How do you clean windows?
I use a professional water-fed pole system with purified spotless water.
The system allows the windows, frames and sills to be cleaned using purified water, which dries naturally without leaving the mineral deposits normally found in tap water.
Why are my windows left wet after cleaning?
This is completely normal with purified-water window cleaning.
Because the water has been purified, the windows don't need to be manually dried. Once properly cleaned and rinsed, they're left to dry naturally to achieve a clean, streak-free finish.
Do you clean window frames and sills?
Yes. Frames and sills are cleaned as part of the regular window cleaning service.
Do you offer regular window cleaning?
Yes. Regular window cleaning is available, as well as one-off cleaning where appropriate.

What's the difference between gutter clearing and gutter cleaning?
Gutter clearing means removing leaves, moss and other debris from inside the gutter so rainwater can flow correctly.
Exterior gutter cleaning means cleaning the visible outside surfaces of the guttering to improve their appearance.
You can book either service individually or combine them.
Do you clean soffits and fascias?
Yes. I provide exterior cleaning of gutters, soffits and fascias, either as an individual service or combined with other exterior cleaning work.
Do you pressure wash driveways and patios?
Yes. I professionally clean driveways, patios and other suitable hard surfaces using exterior cleaning equipment appropriate to the surface.
Can you re-sand block paving?
Yes. Where appropriate, block paving can be re-sanded after cleaning as part of the restoration process.
Do you offer driveway and patio sealing?
Sealing and other restoration options may be available depending on the surface and its condition.
I'll assess the surface first and discuss the appropriate options with you before quoting.
Do you clean render?
Yes. I provide render cleaning and softwashing for suitable exterior surfaces.
The cleaning method used will depend on the type of render, its condition and the contamination being treated.
What is softwashing?
Softwashing uses specialist cleaning treatments to target organic contamination such as algae, mould and lichen without relying on aggressive high-pressure cleaning.
It's particularly useful for exterior surfaces where high pressure may not be appropriate.
Will pressure washing damage my driveway or patio?
Different surfaces require different cleaning methods and pressure levels.
I assess the surface and its condition before starting and select an appropriate cleaning method rather than simply using maximum pressure on everything.
Do I need to be at home while you work?
Not necessarily.
This will depend on the job, access to the property and whether anything needs to be discussed beforehand. We can agree the arrangements when you book.
Do you provide commercial exterior cleaning?
Yes. Rinse & Shine Surrey provides window and exterior cleaning for commercial properties and local businesses, including regular and one-off work.

Can I combine several services in one visit?

How much does exterior cleaning cost?
Every property and job is different, so prices depend on factors such as the size of the area, condition, access and type of cleaning required.
I prefer to provide a clear quote based on the actual work required rather than advertise a price that may not apply to your property.

Yes. Quotes are free and there's no obligation to proceed.
